At CudlarPets, we craft each product with love and care—whether it’s a stylish outfit, a delicate accessory, or a hygiene essential. We value the trust you place in us and are committed to delivering items that meet our standards of comfort, style, and functionality.

BEFORE YOU ORDER – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
To ensure the best experience, please double-check your sizing and product details before placing your order. Many of our items are handmade or tailored for your pet’s comfort. Please note:

  • Handcrafted items (collars, bows, accessories, etc.) may vary slightly in size. A 3–5 cm difference is normal and not considered a defect.
  • For hygiene reasons, items such as sanitary pet pants (diapers) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are final sale unless a verified quality issue is present.


RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • There is a manufacturing fault that significantly affects the usability or appearance.
  • The item received is substantially different from the product description.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cudlarpets.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and offer a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or color was chosen by the customer
  • Minor differences in stitching or measurement within acceptable tolerance
  • The pet disliking or refusing to wear the item

These guidelines are in place to maintain hygiene, reduce waste, and ensure that each product delivered is fresh and unused.
